All aspects of this hotel are satisfactory.

Arriving at the hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was massive - for one person! The bathroom was a little tired and old, in need of a little tcl, but otherwise was fine. The room was a Luxury Suite, consisting of two toilets and two TVs - a seperate area for sitting and relaxing. The restaurant was really nice, again very attentive staff and excellent value for money - I had a buffett lunch.

Although there was language problem but the services were prompt.

The Hotel is not of International Standard- smells horrible. Food quality is not good.

Road provides easy access to shopping areas and the Tourist Information center. the rooms are spacious and well-furnished, offering amenities like satellite TV and a comfortable king-size bed. the bathroom is clean and features a bathtub. the restaurant staff is helpful and the food is good. the hotel also has a pool and gym to enjoy.

The hotel's laundry service is not efficient and can be frustrating who need urgent laundry done.
